Cancellation Policy

At RJ Miller Salon our vision is to exceed our clients' expectations by providing excellence at each point of contact, which in turn will create a customer who will be completely satisfied with our services.

Due to the nature of our business and our demographics, we need to implement the following cancellation policy:

All hair and body works services need a twenty-four hour cancellation notice. If the appointment is made on the same day the service is to be received, we require a four-hour notice. This policy gives us enough time to offer the vacant spot to the clients on our waiting list.

Massage appointments are subjected to a twenty-four hour cancellation policy only, due to the fact that we work with on-call massage therapists. Failing to cancel in time or not showing up for an appointment will result in a charge.
